It is my belief that our individual and collective wellness and healing is a lifelong journey that extends towards our family, relationships, and community. It is this belief and practice of interconnectedness that centers my therapy practice. It is my pleasure to support you during your journey towards enhancing mental health, emotional wellness, and joy.
I approach psychotherapy from an integrative praxis utilizing cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, narrative, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and somatic modalities. I utilize a feminist and multicultural lens weaving interconnected ways of knowledge in my therapy work. My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel comfortable being yourself, understood without judgment, and supported in working toward the changes you want to make.
You'll leave your sessions feeling heard, understood, and empowered. From the very first session we'll address your treatment goals and I'll meet you where you're ready to start as you are the expert of your story. I encourage clients to voice their questions, concerns, and preferences for therapy sessions.
